Jaw Dropping Makeover for a Professional Services Firm
This specialized financial services advisory firm, primarily serving mid-level managers, had a goal to reposition itself as a broad, global management consulting player to C-suite executives across industries. To enable the firm to reach its goal, a comprehensive multi-phase strategy was developed and implemented, including revisiting the firm’s brand strategy, thought leadership, key marketing forums, PR, and other critical positioning efforts.
One of the main initiatives we focused on was overhauling key thought-leadership pieces to make them more thought provoking, valuable, and credible with C-suite target audiences. We had an opportunity to position one particular piece at a leading annual, world-class economic forum. By encouraging CEOs to take an annual survey that formed the basis of the report, then releasing it at the World Economic Forum in Davos through an exclusive CEO roundtable lunch and media event, the report became world renowned and sought after as a source of information by the C-suite as well as an important conversation starter for client engagement.
The firm continues to release the report on an annual basis and has since reached its goal to become a global-strategy consulting firm, serving clients across a broad range of industries.
