Distinct Brand Positioning Spurs Business Growth for TMT Investment Bank

A mid-sized Investment Bank that specializes in the technology, media and telecomm (TMT) sector wanted to solidify a clear and distinctive brand position to enable them to more effectively ‘own’ the TMT Investment banking space. To achieve this, we conducted an internal workshop with the partners and staff to gather input on vision, values and direction of the firm. To assess both the firm’s image and positioning as well as potential new opportunities, an extensive online and telephone survey with more than 5,000 clients and business partners was performed.  The results of the research were used to:

  • Develop the brand essence of the firm
  • Develop an integrated marketing strategy intended to help grow business in current segments and penetrate new adjacencies.
  • Develop future steps focused on the brand, website redesign, and outbound marketing efforts
