Integrated Marketing Communications Puts Consumer Goods Company On the Map
A multinational consumer goods company was looking to break into new European markets. We worked with various groups within the company over a three-year period to help them build and position their business across Central & Eastern Europe. Our results included:
- Working with the corporate marketing group on marketing and communications planning as well as skills development for their teams across the CEE region.
- Advising them on their overall corporate image and reputation including the development of a social responsibility and a crisis communication plan.
- Developing specific B2B and B2C marketing communications programs related to their household and beauty products aimed at creating distinctive brands and educating consumers on the best uses for these products in the region.
